Refund Policy

Templates (instant downloads)

Because templates are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal under § 356(5) BGB / EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

• Technical defects: if your file fails to download, the Canva link is broken, or the PDF is corrupted — we'll fix it or refund you in full.
• Material misrepresentation: if the actual template differs significantly from what's shown on the product page.
• Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchased the same template twice within 24 hours.

Done-for-you service ($119)

Because Anna begins design work as soon as we receive your briefing, refunds for the done-for-you service follow these rules:

• Before briefing is submitted: full refund within 7 days of order, no questions asked. Email info@memoryingrace.com.
• After briefing is submitted, before first draft delivered: 50% refund (covers Anna's work-in-progress).
• After first draft delivered: use your included revision round to refine the design. If you remain genuinely unhappy after revisions, contact us — we evaluate refunds case by case.

How to request a refund

Email info@memoryingrace.com with:

• Your Paddle order number (in your confirmation email)
• The reason for the refund
• Any relevant screenshots or details

We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds via Paddle within 3 business days. Funds typically appear back on your card or PayPal within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We will always work with you to resolve issues. Chargebacks made without prior contact may delay refund processing and incur additional fees.
